Principle of management

Definition : An organization is a systematic arrangement of people brought together to achieve some goal.

Example- school, collage etc.

We can defined it in simple three points -

·       It has common purpose

·       Make a group of people

·       It’s run by the people

Management : Management is the process of getting things done in an organization in a effective and efficient way.

so here i don't want to confuse about effective and efficient.

Efficiency : In management the minimize the cost.

                    ( More output for less input ).

Efficient : Here don't care about the cost only attainment of goal.

                 ( Need not to be cost efficient)
